The products sold in this store are stock products, A few pre-ordered products will be marked in the product title.

Orders placed are normally processed and shipped by our warehouse within approximately 1-3 business days from the date the order was placed. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.  

  • Free delivery on orders $100 and over. (AU ONLY)
  • Orders $99.99 and under can be delivered for a flat fee of $10.  (AU ONLY)
  • The international shipping fee depends on the shipping quantity, the maximum shipping fee is not more than $45AUD(There are some countries that cannot be delivered due to the COVID-19. We will notify the customer by email and do full amount refund.)

Flat Rate and Free Shipping are available for domestic orders only and we will ship your order via Sendle Deliveries. Approximately 2-7 business days.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe to ship to non PO Box shipping address when you place your order.  Akimomo is not able to modify, reroute or cancel orders once placed on akimomo-popmart.com.  Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including unit number and reachable phone number when completing checkout.  Once order shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. Akimomo is not responsible for loss, delay or damage by courier. Please make sure you plan accordingly.

RETURN POLICY

Blind box series products receive its name because the customers cannot identify which exact figure they will get before opening it.

Once the order is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled or returned, unless your items are affected by quality issues.
